A panel of Wayne State experts will explore the prospect of rebuilding New Orleans on Friday from 11 a.m.-1:30 p.m. at the Student Center Building . Eight panelists from various disciplines will participate in a dialogue titled "Building New Orleans: The Issues, the Challenges and the Opportunities." Robin Boyle, chair of the Department of Geography and Urban Planning, will be moderator for the session.
